About the IFR and Recharge Accounting Office
“IFR” stands for Income Fund Reimbursable, referring to financial activities that are self-supported and revenue-generating. These include fees, fines and other charges.
Recharge Accounting refers to recovery of the expenses incurred for goods and services provided by the college. Recharges include those for mail, printing and telephone services, and central office supplies.
The office of IFR and Recharge Accounting provides support to project directors and other members of the Buffalo State community relating to SUNY and campus accounting procedures, including IFR account activity and recharges.
